We begin every class with 15 minutes of guided mobility, stability, and core exercises to warm up joints, improve flexibility, and ready the body for strength.
Our strength training follows, with circuits designed to help you grow muscle, build denser bones, and improve balance. Every movement can be modified for your body, injuries, or fitness level, so you can safely challenge yourself.
You’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more confident—ready to move through your life with a greater quality of movement.
