    From Small Group Strength Training Sessions to
    Dance, Barre, and Yoga Group Classes,
    we provide a variety of options to
    increase your strength
    and elevate your fitness experience.

    By making exercise an activity you can look forward to and enjoy,
    it becomes a sustainable habit for life.

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    All of our Personal Trainers are nationally certified,
    with some specializing in corrective exercise,
    as well as Pre/Postnatal fitness.

    Your trainer will provide the expert guidance necessary
    to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
    They will tailor your program to your
    specific needs in order to help you hit your short term goals,
    while providing the accountability necessary
    to help you crush your long term ones.

  • OPEN GYM FLOOR

    3,000 square feet is dedicated to an open area gym floor
    with a variety of cardio equipment,
    strength machines,
    and free weights
    for use daily between 5am - 9pm
