and progressions for those experienced ladies wanting an extra push.

G Power is a progressive overload strength training program that increases strength, builds muscle, and improves movement patterns.
These strength training sessions are like personal training within a group environment, so you get the expertise of personal training, combined with the energy of working out with others.
Using body weight, free weights and barbells, you will find yourself challenged at every class. Members are encouraged to modify the level of intensity to meet their level of fitness.

VIBE Dance brings together hip hop, pop, and Latin dance styles, where you move your body your way, in a judgement free, empowering, safe, feminine space.
We are building confidence, being in the moment, and strengthening physical and mental health, while having fun with a supportive and encouraging tribe of women (Goddesses).
BARRE ENERGY (45m)

Barre Energy is an empowering, ballet-inspired workout designed to tone and strengthen your legs, arms, abs, and glutes using high reps and low-impact movements. We blend the use of body weight & alternative equipment with high energy music to create a fun, energizing atmosphere. No ballet experience required.
FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY (45m)

If you've ever wondered how to specifically address lower & middle back, hip, shoulder & neck issues, this class is for you. This class gives the benefits of yoga but without the complexity, while helping you get to know and understand your body better.
Katie will use simple props, your own body and a mat, and you'll leave feeling energized, balanced and ready to take on the week.
HIIT (30m)

Start your weekend off right with High Intensity Interval Training! This fun, fast-paced class will kick your metabolism into high gear and keep it burning all weekend!
YOGA SLOW FLOW (60m)
7pm Tuesday
This mixed level class is accessible to beginners as well as those already familiar with yoga. Options and modifications are offered throughout this balanced practice, to help you choose use which variations of the poses work best for you each day.
Each class varies but typically begins with floor work as a warm up, leading to standing poses, then working our way back down to the floor. Please bring a mat and either a small blanket or a regular bath towel.
